Organization Changes

On Nov. 15 the BSA Board made a decision to move the organization forward for the benefit of the children. We will be starting a reorganization process in January, with the reorganization taking full effect at our Annual General Meeting in July. Effective January 1, we will be unified as Brookings Futbol Club. The Brookings Futbol Club will encompass the Club (SRU), High School soccer, and Recreation programs under one united organization.
We are very pleased that our Winter Indoor Training and U10-U12 Academy programs have approximately 200 players.
We are looking for several positive people to take on positions in the new organization: President, Webmaster, Indoor Coordinator, and Director of Player Development. If you are interested in joining our efforts, please email Brookings.Soccer@yahoo.com.

Congratulations Alicia!
Alicia Price received the South Dakota State Soccer Association Hall of Fame award at the SDSSA banquet Saturday night 11/5/11 and on Sunday at the SDSSA AGM she was voted in as the 3rd VP of Recreation for the state.
Congratulations Kaz!
Erin Kasmarik, “Kaz”, received the South Dakota State Soccer Association Boy’s Competitive Coach of the year award at the SDSSA banquet Saturday night 11/5/11.
